Habitat for Humanity’s work is accomplished at the community level by affiliates – independent, locally run, non-profit organizations. Each affiliate coordinates all aspects of Habitat home building and restoration in its local area (fund-raising, building site selection, family selection and support, house construction, mortgage servicing, volunteers, and church relations).

Pemi-Valley Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit Christian housing ministry affiliate of Habitat For Humanity International in partnership with economically disadvantaged people in our service area to improve the condition in which they live.

We are accepting applications for the Spring of 2018!

Pemi-Valley Habitat for Humanity aims to end poverty housing locally by partnering with families in need of repairs to their homes.

Services will include but not be limited to addressing handicap accessibility issues, doors, windows, porches, siding, painting, landscaping, exterior lighting, trash and debris removal.

We will be choosing families from the following towns: Ashland, Bridgewater, Bristol, Campton, Dorchester, Groton, Hebron, Holderness, New Hampton, Plymouth, Rumney, Thornton, Warren, and Wentworth.

In 2016, we absorbed Lakes Region Habitat for Humanity. Lakes Region consisted of Belmont, Center Harbor, Gilford, Gilmanton, Franklin, Laconia, Meredith, Moultonborough, Northfield, Sanbornton and Tilton. We encourage families from these towns to apply as well.
